Who can help
Start with the network mentors in your dormitory — they can look at your device on site. Most dormitories post a list of names, sometimes with office hours.
If that does not help, write to netadmin@stw-bonn.de or call 0228 / 28627252. An automated diagnosis runs around the clock; a member of staff is also available Mondays and Thursdays, 1 pm to 2 pm. See what support needs from you before you write.
